
I know what you're thinking. Cottage Cheese pancakes sound terrible. Before I tried the recipe, I was nervous about how the pancakes would taste. I am delighted to report that they are delicious! Add some bacon & you have the perfect easy Sunday breakfast. Enjoy!
Cottage Cheese Pancakes Recipe
16 oz container cottage cheese (2%)
6 eggs
½ cup flour
4 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup of milk (2%)
Mix & combine contents in a blender. Ladle out mixture onto a lightly greased griddle or non-stick fry pan and cook over medium heat, turning once.
Makes 15 large pancakes
